How do I reach you?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9-5 pm PST, and closed weekends, and our usual response time is 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 4 business days during releases and sales. We have a small team and, are working through inquiries as swiftly as possible.

Where do you ship from?

Our garments are lovingly made around the world and shipped straight from California.
We offer free shipping on all US orders, and if you’re in a hurry, expedited shipping is always available!

What if an item I love is not in stock?

We produce slowly and sustainably, so our pieces are made in very limited runs and we don’t keep extras around. If there’s an item you’re dreaming about, be sure to sign up for the waitlist on the product page to get notified if it comes back!

How does sizing work?

Our designs are meant to be easy, flowy, and versatile, which means many styles come in limited size runs. Fit can vary from one design to another, and some styles are intentionally more relaxed. We provide detailed descriptions on each product page to help give you a sense of sizing and fit.

Do you offer alterations or custom orders?

While we’d love to help, our team isn’t currently able to take on personal requests or offer alterations. A local tailor should be a great resource for any custom adjustments you may need.

Although we can’t commit to producing specific colors or styles, we always welcome your suggestions and appreciate you sharing your ideas with us.

How long does my order take to ship?

We ship Monday through Friday, and most orders leave our California studio within 2–5 business days. Need it a little faster? We also offer expedited shipping (2–3 business days) and rush shipping (1–2 business days).

Once your order has shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes, so please double-check your details before checkout.

What if I need to change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If your order ships before we see your request, you will have to make a return.

We also cannot apply discounts or gift cards retroactively after an order has been placed.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on ALL US orders, and non-refundable expedited and rushed shipping is avaialble at a increased rate.

International shipping rates start at around $30 USD. To avoid any surprises, we highly recommend customers to pay applicable duties and taxes at checkout. 

How long does shipping take?

Holiday & Sale Shipping
During high-demand times like the holidays and our Black Friday Sale, orders may take a little longer to ship. We ship Monday through Friday, and most orders usually go out within 3–5 business days. During sale periods, please allow up to 7 business days for shipment.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping times depend on the option you choose. Domestic orders typically take 2–5 days from the ship date (not the order date). Please note that carriers can sometimes experience unexpected delays, so delivery timeframes are estimates only.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS. Estimated shipping times can be found on UPS’s website from Los Angeles, ZIP code 90011, to your location. Keep in mind that these estimates do not include potential customs delays, which are outside of our control.

My package is lost!

Oh no! If your package seems to be lost in transit, please email us at hola@beachwoodthelabel.com and we’ll do our best to help track it down.

If your package shows as delivered, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier for assistance as there is nothing we can do on our end. 

Please note: once a package has been picked up, we aren’t responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages, and unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in these cases.
